Cindy
Ormond,
Owner/Entertainment Director
Cindy has been entertaining audiences in
Central New York since 1986.
Her early endeavors included local theatre productions,
county and state vocal ensembles, and the Crane
School of Music. In 1991 she helped create and manage
the mobile disc jockey service which would become
“Ormond Entertainment”. |
While
pursuing “excellence in entertainment”,
Cindy has been a local radio personality, presented
at national DJ conventions, elected four times to serve
as President of the New York State Disc Jockey Association,
and produced events for Dick Clark Productions, National
Star Quest, and most of Central New York’s radio
and television stations. Cindy was presented the Greater
Syracuse Chamber of Commerce “40 Under 40”
Award in 2003.
Besides giving a great performance every time, the only
thing more important to Cindy and her team is giving
back to the community. The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society,
Mental Health Association and Boys and Girls Club are
just a few of the causes she supports.

His awards include the Alpha Epsilon Rho Grand Prize

member of the American Disc Jockey Association, he was
instrumental in developing the New York State Disc Jockey
Association, and continues to serve as an officer in
the organization.
A civic minded individual, “Syracuse Cares,”
“Dorothy House,” and “Women’s
Effort” are three of the many organizations Roger
supports.
Now….Roger
is often mistaken to be
Cindy’s husband. They didn’t mind,
and often chuckled, until…..
Cindy got married!
Please meet her husband….
