  • We promise not to embarrass or offend you. We will never use foul language or make any off-color remarks. We will not play music that has foul language or is demeaning to anyone. We will not force your guests to do things they don't want to do.

  • We promise we'll be easy to work with. We will return your calls and emails promptly, making sure we answer all your questions. We use written contracts, and operate our business professionally. Our purpose is to make your day great!

  • We promise accurate pricing. We will never overbook our available dates. We never sell your reception to a subcontractor, or dispatch someone you've never met to your reception.

  • We promise to work well with your other event professionals. There's a reason so many vendors refer us; we understand it's a team effort, and no one service is more important than the others.

  • We promise to look good. We'll be dressed appropriately. Our sound systems will be immaculate. No unsightly wires or beat up equipment to make your beautiful reception look ugly.

  • We promise we will not drink alcohol, be late, or act inappropriately toward any of your guests. We are professionals, and we'll behave accordingly.

  • We promise to be flexible. We'll plan everything in great detail. On the day of your event, sometimes circumstances dictate changes which can not be foreseen. We'll work with the circumstances to make sure no one even knows there were changes.

  • We promise to always maintain a positive attitude. We will never complain or make excuses. We will be truthful at all times.
